He has led international fleet tech startup in Nigeria (Loconav INC) and has been supporting your tech startups with business strategy and expansion in Sub Saharan Africa He has over 12+ years’ experience in Business Development, Branding, Partnership, Relationship and Strategy Management. In addition, I have been trained in Digital Marketing, Client experience delivery, Sales and relationship management.
Francis engagement and network with businesses around Central & West Africa and Europe has exposed him to innovative and creative global business model.
He believes in team building and his dedicated to service with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Prince Folagbade Kudehinbu
Member - Advisory Board
Experience: Prince Fola Kudehinbu is a seasoned Member – Advisory Board with a proven track record in all aspects of strategic and operational management. With over twenty-five (25) years executive level experience, he has worked with a wide range of private, public and third sector organisations at local, national and international levels and has an extensive network across Africa, Europe and the Caribbean. He is a lawyer and leadership/management consultant, with expertise in equality/diversity/inclusion (EDI), business management, entrepreneurship, human capital development, and socio-economic development.
Prince Fola is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ajoba Development Foundation and he combines this role with Managing Director responsibilities at Imagine Consulting (Nig) Ltd and SBK Investments Ltd, both based in Lagos, Nigeria. Prior to that, between 2014-18, he was the pioneer Executive Director/CEO of Fountain Initiative for Social Development (FISD), a Lagos-based and one of Nigeria’s largest social enterprises investing in entrepreneurship, vocational skills training, education support and personal/career development.
Fola had an enviable career working across the United Kingdom/Europe/USA/Africa gaining nearly 25 years executive level experience in engaging leaders and decision makers at Inclusive Capital (UK) Ltd, Equality Foundation Ltd, Somerfield Stores Foundation Ltd, Western Training & Enterprise Council (WESTEC) and Bristol & West Bank plc. In 2007, he was appointed as a Founding Director/pioneer Executive Chairman of the African & Caribbean Chamber of Commerce & Enterprise, ACCCE (UK) where he led in building it into a three thousand (3,000) strong membership organisation with members spread across the UK, Africa & the Caribbean.
As a leading expert in the field of equality/diversity/inclusion (EDI), he has instigated, designed, developed, implemented and evaluated numerous equality/diversity/inclusion programmes that have led to the inclusion and empowerment of under-represented groups, across the globe. He was part of the design and implementation team in 1994 of the Equal Opportunity Quality Framework (EOQF), the first global assessment and reporting tool for Equality/Diversity.
Prince Fola’s extensive Non-Executive Director positions include; Trustee, Ice Academy, Nigeria (Sep 2019 – present), Chairman, Sahara Digital Ltd, Nigeria (2014-17), Executive Chairman, African & Caribbean Chamber of Commerce & Enterprise ACCCE (UK) Ltd (2007-14), Director, Africa 2.0 (UK) Ltd (2011-2014), Vice Chairman/Trustee, United Housing Association, Bristol, UK (2000-07), Executive Member, BBC Children in Need Appeal South West UK (1997-2000), Board Member/Trustee, Bristol Racial Equality Council, Bristol, UK (1994-96).
He is a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B Hons) holder and post graduate qualifications in International Business Economics (IBE) both, from the University of West of England, Bristol and Strategic Management & Leadership, University of Plymouth. He is a Fellow/Member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Chartered Institute of Fundraising (CIF) and Institute of Directors (IOD), all based in the UK.

Victor Obioma

Victor Obioma Is an Economics and Business Management grad from Imo State University Owerri. He holds a Diploma in Int’l Business and Mini MBA from Int’l Business Management Institute- IBMI, Berlin Germany. He seats as Vice Chairman on the Board of family business chain- VIEWS GROUP Co. where he is responsible for P&L, growth & expansion, stakeholders expectation management, business development & team cohesion to translate group’s business objectives into actionable GOALs of the GROUP’s Portfolio company- VicFaus Integrated Solutions Ltd (Lubricants Blending, Sales & Distribution arm)
He brings to the team 14+ years multi sector/industry upward professional experience which spans across sales, business development, customer service, administration, relationship management and leadership gained working at some of the Big 3’s like Panalpina World Transport, Nokia Nigeria and at Samsung Electronics in two (2) Divisions- Consumer Electronics and Service Network as Service Network Account Manager for West Africa.
While at Samsung Victor added 08 Service Centres- 6 in North Central & 2 in South West which collectively increased MoM spare parts order by >3.1%, overall service centre count >1K, increased Samsung’s customer reach, visibility & service optimization by extension
